Our moist cakes will stay fresh in a cool room temperature environment for up to 2 days. For your best enjoyment: allow the cakes to come to room temperature for 15-30min after refrigeration 

TIP: use clear cling wrap on the surface of exposed parts of cake after cutting and store in the fridge.

They freeze extremely well for up to 3 months.
